Car Craft, originally published as “Honk” in 1953. One of the quintessential small car magazines, the first seven issues were titled Honk. In December of 1953 the name was changed to Car Craft and its run as a small continued until June of 1959. An rare time capsule “view” into the custom automotive culture of the 50s, full of styling tips, methods and commentary. The full set of 74 issues in gently read condition is available at $400.
